Prior to joining the Company, Ms Tan Bee Kim started her career in banking at Overseas Union Bank. She later worked for CB Richard Ellis, both in Singapore and Hong Kong, specializing in commercial properties.

Ms Tan joined the Company in 1996 to spearhead the marketing team to launch Ardmore Park. She is also responsible for corporate communications and the asset management of the Company. Since 2008, Ms Tan has assumed responsibility for customer relations, human resource and administration functions of the Company, as well as the design and quality management portfolio.

Ms Tan was appointed to the Wheelock Properties (Singapore) Board on 26 May 2006. She was re-elected as Director at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 23 April 2010.

With over 20 years' experience in real estate both locally and overseas, Ms Tan has successfully conceptualised the design and marketed the Company's residential portfolio including Ardmore Park and Grange Residences as well as Ardmore II, Scotts Square, the award-winning The Sea View and The Cosmopolitan. Currently, she sits on the Boards of the various subsidiaries of the Wheelock Properties (Singapore) Group.

Ms Tan graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree (Honours) in Building from the National University of Singapore and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers.
