Mr Li joined the Wheelock Properties (Singapore) Board on 27 April 2018. He serves as a member of the Audit & Risk Management and Remuneration Committees.

Mr Li has held a number of business and leadership positions in the public and private sectors in Singapore and overseas for over 15 years. He was formerly a member of the Young Presidents' Organisation and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and was a board member of the Singapore Hotel Association.

Mr Li is currently the Managing Director of Carlton Hotel (Singapore) Pte Ltd. He is also a Director of Carlton City Hotel (Singapore) Pte Ltd and Carlton Hotel Bangkok Co., Ltd. in Thailand.

Mr Li graduated with a Bachelor of Science, Engineering degree from the University of California, U.S.A. and obtained a Master in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, U.S.A.
